ANNOUNCES NEW AGREEMENTS 
 
WITH SEVERAL LARGE ORGANIZATIONS

HORSHAM, Pa - (BUSINESS WIRE) - National Health Partners, Inc. (National Health) (OTCBB: NHPR), a leading provider of unique discount healthcare membership programs, announced today that it has entered into agreements with a governmental veterans agency and two large chambers of commerce pursuant to which these organizations will be offering the company's innovative CARExpress membership programs to their respective members.

 

The company has entered into an agreement with a governmental veterans agency comprised of thousands of veterans that helps the veterans obtain the health benefits that they need.  In addition, the company has entered into agreements with a Florida-based chamber of commerce comprised of more then 1,000 members, including financial institutions, insurance agencies, restaurants, schools and government agencies, and a chamber of commerce dedicated to promoting the economic development of various ethnic groups that is comprised of approximately 1,000 member companies.

 

Since the beginning of the year, the company has announced agreements with several large chambers of commerce representing more than 10,000 companies nationwide, including: (i) the Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce, which is comprised of more than 1,000 Fortune 500 corporations, multi-ethnic private business enterprises, small businesses and corporate professionals located across the country, (ii) the Kalamazoo Regional Chamber of Commerce, which has approximately 2,000 member companies located throughout the United States that range in size from sole proprietorships to multi-national corporations, and (iii) the Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce, which has a membership base of approximately 1,300 businesses ranging from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies.
