(OTCBB: NHPR - News), a leading provider of unique discount healthcare membership programs, announced today that it is initiating a national advertising campaign targeting the Hispanic marketplace and that international superstar Lucia Mendez will be starring in television and radio commercials that are currently in production as the company’s spokeswoman for the campaign.
